I'm thoughtful, calm, and empathetic, and am a generalized problem solver with the ability to "MacGyver" almost anything.

I live in Ottawa, which is famous for a few things but this 99pi podcast might be my favourite. I'm passionate about my neighbourhood, and am a member of several volunteer organizations that aim to help improve its climate resilience, greenspaces, active transportation, and overall happiness. I've turned this passion into a personal project that looks at evidence-based ways to reduce urban loneliness, which I'm excited to showcase here soon. I enjoy travel and am lucky to live near my favourite city in the world and a big source of inspiration, Montreal.

I'm also an amateur cartoonist who doodles passersby and city life. Sometimes I combine my hobbies and make silly little posters about climate action, such as David Attenborough introducing downtown Ottawa's most common tree, the traffic cone.
